Supersaver launches My Pages service and bonus scheme

Supersaver’s new service makes booking easy and lets customers earn bonus points at the same time.

Supersaver has launched a new service – My Pages. My Pages is a customer service with bonus scheme that rewards customers the more they buy from Supersaver. My Pages makes it both easier and faster for customers to book trips, while also giving them the chance to regularly receive rewards in the form of discount vouchers valid for flights, hotels and hire cars.

Supersaver’s new My Pages service makes booking travel much easier. What’s more, by simply creating a customer account with the online travel agency, customers will gain access to a range of exclusive offers.

“We have developed My Pages to make it easier for our customers to book their travel. According to a customer survey we conducted earlier, this kind of service is something customers really want. It’s also a way for us to build relationships with our customers and reward those who keep coming back to Supersaver,” explains Marléne Wallberg, Marketing Director for Supersaver.

A My Pages account lets customers:

Keep track of current and past bookings
Register passenger information. Avoid the need to fill in passenger details every time they book a trip.
Receive exclusive offers on travel to favourite destinations. Enter favourite travel destinations and receive tailored offers on flights, hotels and hire cars.
View receipts for all bookings
Register the names of travelling companions. Enter the names of travelling companions once and avoid having to re-enter them every time they travel together.
Collect bonus points and be rewarded. The more customers buy from Supersaver, the bigger the discounts they receive on travel.

A rewards scheme that benefits loyal customers
Customers who set up accounts with Supersaver will regularly be rewarded with discount vouchers for everything from hotels to hire cars and airline tickets. The more the customer buys, the bigger the reward.

“Rewards schemes have long been offered by airlines, but not by travel agencies. This is an area in which travel agencies still have a long way to go to catch up. Now customers have the chance to be rewarded for every service they book through us,” Wallberg continues.

Registration bonus of SEK 300 for all new members
As part of the My Pages launch, Supersaver is offering all customers who register a one-time bonus of SEK 300 credit that can be used for their next hotel booking through Supersaver.
